St. Laurence High School, located at 77th and Central in Burbank, will hold its second Open House on Sunday, December 9 for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys and their parents between 10 a.m. and noon.

Each tour group will learn firsthand about the school’s commitment to promoting leadership and cultivating leaders in and out of the classroom setting.  For fifty-one years our Christian Brothers school has molded students into leaders in the workplace, the church, and the entire community.

Each tour will be hosted by a St. Laurence student, parent, and faculty member, and will give visitors the opportunity to visit all areas of the campus.  Stops will emphasize the school’s academic programs and facilities, and will feature the school’s four computer labs, including the Reilly Computer Center.  Other stops will include the chapel, gymnasium, and the Leadership Center.  Demonstrations in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, as well as hands-on use of the school’s computer resources, will give prospective students and their parents the opportunity to witness and experience some of the everyday learning opportunities available at St. Laurence, the place “Where Leadership Begins.”

More information is available by contacting the Admissions Office during normal school hours at 708-458-6900, extension 252 or 237.
