CLASS OF 2028 IMPORTANT DATES

Financial Aid Application Opens – December 22nd

• Please note that you will need your 2023 W-2 forms to complete your application
• Financial aid is NOT first come, first serve – all applications are reviewed at the same time after the March 1st deadline

Decision Letters Delivered – Mid to Late January

• Winners of the Leader/Scholar Award, O’Toole Scholarship and Gold Standard Award will be notified in their decision letter
• Test scores are not included in the decision letters and can be reviewed at registration

Priority Registration Fee Due – Friday, February 2nd

• The non-refundable $400 registration fee saves your spot in the Class of 2028 and allows you to sign up for registration, view scholarship amounts and receive financial aid priority
• Within 10 days of paying the registration fee and your FACTS account being finalized, a $500 REFUNDABLE tuition deposit will be charged to your account.

Class of 2028 Registration – February 8th and 10th

• Families do NOT attend both registration days – you will select a timeslot for one of the days after paying the registration fee (we will send you a link to sign up within one business day of paying your registration fee)
• At registration, families will be paired with a member of our academic or student services team to learn more about academic placement, fill out necessary paperwork and learn more about different events and opportunities leading up to the first day of school

Named Scholarship Application Deadline – February 15th

• Visit stlaurence.com/financialaid and see the “Named Scholarships” section to see if your child qualifies for any of these scholarship opportunities

Financial Aid Application Closes – March 1st

Financial Aid Awards Distributed – Early April

Monthly Tuition Payments Begin – May
