CLASS OF 2030 IMPORTANT DATES

Financial Aid Application - OPEN NOW

Please note that you will need your 2025 W-2 forms to complete your application
If you do not have your 2025 W-2s in time for application, you will still be able to complete the application using last year's paperwork. If there is a drastic change from last year reflected in the W-2s, there will be a free response section where you can describe these circumstances.
Priority deadline for application will be Friday, January 2nd
Application will close March 1st
Financial aid is NOT first come, first serve – all applications are reviewed at the same time after the March 1st deadline

Priority Registration Fee Due - Friday, February 6th

The non-refundable $400 registration fee saves your spot in the Class of 2030 and allows you to complete your PowerSchool BioUpdate, sign up for registration, view scholarship amounts and receive financial aid priority
Within 5-10 days of paying the registration fee and your FACTS account being finalized, a REFUNDABLE $500 tuition deposit will be charged to your account

Named Scholarship Application Deadline - February 15th

Visit stlaurence.com/financialaid and see the “Named Scholarships” section to see if your child qualifies for any of these scholarship opportunities

Class of 2030 Registration - February 19th (evening) and 21st (morning)

Families do NOT attend both registration days - you will select a time slot for one of the days after paying the registration fee and completing the PowerSchool BioUpdate
At registration, families will be paired with a member of our academic or student services team to learn more about academic placement, fill out necessary paperwork and learn more about different events and opportunities leading up to the first day of school
